Back in the 1950s, we introduced a profit-sharing scheme for all employees. This has been continuously developed right up to the present day.

In addition, we have established a continuous improvement process as part of our overall quality management. This is meaningfully supplemented by an in-house ‘suggestion for improvement’ system with the appropriate bonuses.
